After payment, your license key is delivered to your email within minutes. It encodes your plan tier, quota limits, and expiry — everything your platform needs.
Pull the Docker image or install the Electron app. Paste your license key on the License page — one-time setup. After that, QA-PaaS runs fully offline.
Upload your Swagger spec, Postman collection, or Gherkin files. Select your engine and run. Professional reports are generated automatically after every execution.
Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle. Your quota resets and a new license key is delivered to your email — just paste it on the License page to continue.
Upgrading is instant. Purchase a higher-tier plan and activate the new key. Your historical reports and test data are preserved.
Annual plans are billed upfront at a 50% discount and include a single key valid for 365 days. The full annual amount is charged at once — no monthly charges.

Enterprise plans additionally include custom Docker engine configurations.
No. After a one-time license activation, QA-PaaS runs fully offline. All six engines execute entirely on your local infrastructure. This makes QA-PaaS suitable for air-gapped environments, classified networks, and organizations with strict data residency requirements.
It depends on the engine: the API Validator and Postman Collection Generator need a Swagger/OpenAPI spec file or URL; the Performance Testing engine needs a Postman Collection export; the Penetration Testing engine needs a list of target URLs and login credentials; the E2E BDD engine needs Gherkin .feature files (or use the AI Gherkin Generator); and the Database Testing engine needs database connection details.
The AI Gherkin Generator converts plain-English user stories into professional BDD .feature files using a local AI model (Ollama). It runs entirely on your machine — no data is sent to any external AI service. Available on all plans including the free Trial.
Yes. AI Remediation suggestions are available on all plans — Trial, Pro, and Enterprise. The AI agent runs locally via Ollama and never sends data to external services. The key differences between plans are the run/minute quotas, notification channels (Slack + WhatsApp require Pro+), SOC2 Audit Trail (Pro+), and customer support level.
Every engine produces results in multiple formats: interactive HTML reports, PDF executive summaries, CSV data exports, and JSON for programmatic consumption. Reports can be automatically emailed via SMTP on all plans. Slack and WhatsApp notifications require a Pro or Enterprise plan.
Fill in the registration form with your Full Name, Email Address, Company Name, Country, Phone Number, and Occupation — no payment details required. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your email (valid for 10 minutes). Enter the code to confirm your address. Once verified, a Trial license key is emailed to you with activation instructions. The Trial includes 50 runs and 500 minutes of test execution, is valid for 14 days from activation, and is limited to one trial per verified email address.
When your quota is exhausted (or your 14-day trial period ends), QA-PaaS blocks new test runs and shows an Upgrade Prompt modal with your current usage, the exhausted resource, the next tier and its price, and a direct link to the pricing page. All existing projects, historical runs, and generated reports remain fully accessible. Once you upgrade and activate the new license key, quotas reset immediately without restarting QA-PaaS.
Yes. GitHub Actions workflows are included for every engine. You can trigger automated test runs on every commit, pull request, or deployment. Results are posted back to your pipeline as pass/fail status checks.
At this time, we do not offer a refund policy, as users can fully explore and evaluate the solution through our free trial tier before making any commitment. The trial includes access to all core features, allowing end users to ensure the solution meets their needs and expectations prior to subscribing.
Each license key is cryptographically bound to the machine it was first activated on using a hardware-derived fingerprint (CPU ID, motherboard serial, and OS installation UUID). If the fingerprint doesn't match on a subsequent launch, the license is rejected. For Pro plans, contact support to request a machine transfer. Enterprise plans include a self-service transfer workflow in the License Portal.
QA-PaaS includes a SOC2-compliant immutable audit trail on Pro and Enterprise plans. The Database Testing engine maps findings to SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA. The Penetration Testing engine produces OWASP Top 10 and CWE-referenced reports. Enterprise plans include compliance report generation and a self-hosted license portal for full vendor independence.
