Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using QA-PaaS. These terms govern your use of the platform and your subscription.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a QA-PaaS license or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. License Grant

QA-PaaS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on machines you own or control, subject to the quota limits encoded in your signed license key (runs per month, execution minutes, expiry date).

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) attempt to bypass or tamper with the cryptographic license enforcement; (c) redistribute or resell the software; (d) use the platform to test systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual plans are billed upfront. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

QA-PaaS includes a fully-featured free trial that grants access to every engine, feature, and capability of the platform — no credit card required. The trial is designed to let you evaluate the complete solution before committing to a paid plan, so you can make a fully informed purchase decision. Because of this, all paid plan purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have a question about whether QA-PaaS is the right fit before upgrading, contact us at support@qa-paas.com and we will be happy to extend your trial or arrange a guided evaluation. Enterprise contracts are governed by their individual agreements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

QA-PaaS is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Security testing features are provided for authorized testing only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QA-PaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages resulting from security findings or test results.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QA-PaaS is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
